CALDERON: "RONALDO ISN'T OUR TARGET ANYMORE, BUT CARLOS TEVEZ IS"

SoccerFiesta.net - “There is no more Crsitiano Ronaldo name on Real Madrid target list, not only for January but forever,” said Real Madrid president Ramon Calderon. “Manchester United decided not to sell the player and we don’t want to do anything against a club like Manchester United, ” Calderon added.

Calderon statement is also end the speculation over early this season about Cristiano Ronaldo move to Real Madrid.

“We want to be good friends forever with Manchester United, I have a good relationship and respect Manchester United and I want it to be like that for a long time”, said Calderon.

However it doesnt mean that Real Madrid not interested for Ronaldo forever, Calderon admits that, if United decided to put the 23-year-old up for sale, Real would consider an offer. “Only if Manchester decided to sell will we be talking about it,” he continued.

Meanwhile

Spanish Champions club Real Madrid reported ready to sign Carlos Tevez in case the player unhappy with his status in Manchester United recently. “Carlos is always on our top target. He’s a great player and, if he comes, he will be welcomed,” said Real Madrid striker Gonzalo Higuain, who also Carlos teammate in Argentina National team.

Tevez is currently still loaned to Manchester United by West Ham and a permanent deal was supposed to be wrapped up in the summer. But the club have postponed discussions until christmas.
